Quzhou inks 30 billion yuan project with Zall

A signing ceremony was jointly held by Quzhou in East China's Zhejiang province and Zall Holding Co Ltd in Wuhan, the capital of Hubei province, Sept 9.

The two parties signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement, including 30 billion yuan
($4.38 billion) worth of projects, which Zall will invest in Smart New City in Quzhou.

The Keting project is located in Smart New City, south of Qianjiang Avenue and east of Huangshan Avenue, on a land area of 12.6 hectares and a construction area of about 25.2 hectares.

The project for the Yangtze River Youth City (Quzhou) was also selected for the Smart New City. The project is located north of Qianjiang Avenue and east of Huangshan Avenue. The land area is about 28 hectares, and the total construction area is about 55.3 hectares.

The East China (Quzhou) Digital Economy Demonstration Zone project selected its site in an area west of Xiashan River, south of Qujiang River and north of Longhai Road in Quzhou Development Zone, with a planning area of about 330 hectares.
