More than 50 pieces of original art by Pablo Picasso, with five borrowed from the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, are currently on display at the Y-Town Northbank Arts Center at the Old Bund in Ningbo, East China's Zhejiang province.
Some of the artist's famous paintings, including Le Déjeuner sur l'herb (Luncheon on the Grass) and Jacqueline's Profile, are seen as the most important exhibits. Picasso's love stories are also being told at the exhibition.
In addition, his original studio, which is thought to have served as a private space for the artist's creations, is being displayed at the exhibition with the support of advanced technology. Some of his painting utensils are on display.
