Treatment Strategies to Prevent Mild to Severe Progression of COVID-19 Cases

A mild case of COVID-19 can turn serious quickly. In order to prevent the transformation from non-severe to severe, it is necessary to pay close attention to the high-risk group and the early warning indicators of severe cases,provide symptomatic supportive treatment, immune regulation, and take into account the underlying disease. When ARDS is complicated, timely non-invasive/invasive ventilation is required to prevent secondary infections.
