Giant panda Sijia turns 14 in Heilongjiang

A giant female panda, Sijia, celebrated her 14th birthday with nearly 1,000 fans at Yabuli ski resort in Heilongjiang province on Wednesday. It was her fifth birthday at the resort.
Along with flowers, Sijia received a three-layer rainbow birthday cake made of various vegetables and fruits, including bamboo shoots, pumpkins, grapes, apples and oranges — both colorful and nutritious.
