Qingdao issues first HR services permit to foreign-funded enterprise

The bureau of administration services in Shinan district, Qingdao recently issued a permit for human resources services - the first of its kind in the city - to Haitun Technology (Qingdao) Co, a foreign-funded enterprise.

Haitun Technology (Qingdao) Co needed the permit for human resources services due to its business expansion, in order to help with the employment of jobseekers and the search for high-level talents.

The issuing of such a permit previously required provincial approval. But now, it can be approved by local districts in an effort to improve the business environment and enhance efficiency, according to a recent government document.

With the help of the Qingdao municipal bureau of administration services, the district actively liaised with relevant departments and quickly completed the whole process, helping solve the problem for the enterprise and winning praise for its high-quality services.
