BEIJING - China's Supreme People's Procuratorate has issued guidelines for fighting criminal offenses that disrupt resumption of work and production.

People involved in illegal acts jeopardizing the restoration of work and production and the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises must be strictly and promptly prosecuted so as to help enterprises recover losses to the greatest extent, according to the guidelines.

The guidelines ask law enforcers to focus on offenses such as bullying others for control of the market, buying or selling commodities by force, maliciously hindering work and disrupting traffic.

Crimes related to fraud ranging from providing false employment information to deceiving companies into signing false contracts will also be strictly punished, according to the guidelines.
