The "ECO BANK Financial Platform", targeting SMEs, was launched by Zhongguancun Bank on July 16, 2020.
Based on open technical architecture, the Platform applies cutting-edge technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, blockchains and cloud computing, and completely cuts dependence on base hardware through cloud deployment.
With core capabilities like intelligent risk control decision-making, big data analysis, corporate customer portraits, and rapid product release, and hundreds of API, H5, and SDK service interfaces, the platform provides online, scenario-based, and personalized one-stop integrated financial services for SMEs and technological innovation enterprises, making "BaaS (Bank as a Service)" a reality.
Guests invited to the launch included Zhao Wenfu, senior vice president of Digital China Information Service Company Ltd., and Hou Zhirong, assistant general manager of ICBC Technology Company. They discussed "how fintech promotes the opening of commercial banks."
It is hoped that this event will further strengthen cross-industry and cross-sector exchanges and cooperation, thus promoting the openness of financial services and the industrial ecosystem.
Today also marks the third anniversary of the opening of Zhongguancun Bank. The bank’s chairman Guo Hong and acting president Yang Xinjun delivered keynote speeches at the event.
Guo pointed out that in the last three years, Zhongguancun Bank has been serving SMEs, private enterprises, and technology innovation enterprises.
As of June 2020, 12 billion yuan of loans have been issued to SMEs and privately or individually-owned businesses, of which loans issued to scientific and technological enterprises account for 44.48 percent. Almost all of the loans, or 93.99 percent, were made to private enterprises.
