"As the largest international aerospace exhibition in China and one of the most influential in the world, the air show is undoubtedly the most important platform and window for Boeing to expand China's aviation market, enhance business exchanges and cooperation and display its corporate image," Gao said.

"The contract signing ceremony is the best witness of the in-depth cooperation between Boeing and the air show. And it is hoped, with the international platform of the air show, Boeing can fully carry out exchanges and interaction with aviation industry partners, so that we can work together to overcome difficulties and create the future together."

Sun, the air show executive, said it's significant that Boeing once again has joined hands with the show.

"This not only further promotes strategic cooperation between Boeing and the air show but also inspires the confidence of aviation manufacturers in China's civil aviation market," he said.

"I hope both sides will have more in-depth and close cooperation in more fields in the future, and jointly make greater contributions to the development of the world aviation industry."

The air show is scheduled to take place between Nov 10 and 15.
