1.The Difference between Revenue and Expenditure of Central General Public Budget = Total Expenditure (Expenditure of Central General Public Budget + Funds used to replenish the Central Budget Stabilization Fund ) – Total Revenue (Revenue of Central General Public Budget + Funds transferred from Central Government)

2. The 530 billion RMB transferred from Central Budget Stabilization Fund in 2020 includes parts of new funds that are expected to be added into the final accounts.
