Ordos city -- in North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region -- recently launched a total of 232 key projects in 12 categories to seek investment and business cooperation, according to local officials.
They said that the projects are in line with the national strategic deployment, investment orientation of Ordos’ pillar and existing industries and take advantage of the city’s location.
The projects include ventures in chemicals, mining, metallurgy, electricity, infrastructure, building materials, new materials and new energy.
Officials said there are also ventures in equipment manufacturing, environmental protection, technological transformation, textile, logistics, biomedicines, cloud computing, big data, information technology and its facilities, as well as in other areas.
