BEIJING -- China has made progress in the building of a smart justice system, the Ministry of Justice said on Jun 8.
The ministry said in a statement that digital platforms and relevant online databases are now accessible in sectors including administrative law legislation, administrative law enforcement, criminal law enforcement and public legal services.
Legal Services of China, an official website run by the ministry to provide legal consultation services for the public, has received over 1.4 billion visits and offered consultation services 10 million times since its launch in 2018, the statement said.
The ministry pledged to enhance work in these areas, providing more reliable and intelligent support for the country's efforts in advancing law-based governance in all fields and modernizing China's system and capacity for governance.
