According to the local government, more than 92 percent of administrative items will be handled in no more than one visit to the authorities, and over 70 percent of frequently-handled items will be done online.
In order to further optimize the business environment, Huichang recently released a guideline document that proposes to improve the services of the Huichang branch of Ganfutong, a smart government service app of Jiangxi and vigorously implement the internet plus government service.
The county will make great efforts to promote high-quality and leapfrogging development, attract business and investment, prioritize the fluoride salt chemicals industry in inviting investment, and attract large and high-quality projects.
The local government will speed up the construction of those projects so as to quicken production. It will irregularly monitor the performance of the parties involved as well as the progress of the projects. Those who fail to perform their duties efficiently will be investigated.
In addition, the county will continue to increase its assistance to enterprises. It will make every effort to help them and industrial parks recover from the novel coronavirus epidemic and achieve better development.
