Entrepreneurship, innovation competition set for Baotou

Registration for the fourth China Chuangyi Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition (Inner Mongolia division) has begun in Baotou city -- in North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region -- according to the human resources and social security bureau of Baotou.

Officials said the deadline for registration is June 15.

Participants can log on to Baotou’s employment and entrepreneurship website for inquiries and download the relevant materials.

The preliminary heat for Baotou city is divided into two parts: the main competition and a poverty alleviation competition. The main competition includes two groups: the innovation group and the entrepreneurial group.

The preliminary competition for the leagues and cities is expected to be completed before July 15 and the selection competition for the autonomous region will be completed before August 25. The selection competition for the autonomous region will be held in Baotou.

The China Chuangyi Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition is a national-level competition, hosted by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, as well as the National Development and Reform Commission and Ministry of Science and Technology.

It will be the third time that the selection competition for the autonomous region has been held in Baotou city.
