Local prestigious high school to construct new campus for intl education

The new campus of Zhixin High School for international communication and cooperation is scheduled to begin construction on July 1 this year, offering high quality education for the high-caliber children of foreigners, as well as those from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.

Zhixin High School is an outstanding school in Guangzhou that enjoys a great reputation both at home and abroad.

The campus, which will be located on Ersha Island in Guangzhou's Yuexiu district, will use the old campus of the previous No 109 High School for further renovation.

The old campus currently covers a total area of 18,397 square meters and a building area of 5,990 sq m, while the campus will cover a total building area of 31,251 sq m after renovation.

It is expected to be finished by the end of December 2021 and be put into operation in January 2022. The campus will open 24 classes for 750 students and utilize small class teaching methods.

The new campus will have various facilities, such as dormitories, canteens, swimming pools, indoor playgrounds, and underground garages.
