Guangxi's first Z206 industrial-grade emergency rescue manned drone made its first flight at Sandaowan Aviation Science Base in Du'an Yao autonomous county, Hechi on April 28 and successively conducted test flights of airdropping rescue equipment and rescue ladders.
This type of drone was developed and produced by Guangxi Zhuangzhi Xiongxin Technology Development Co with a standard take-off weight of 200 kilograms and a load of 100 kg.
The drone can deliver various types of rescue materials to disaster sites in the shortest time, as well as transport trapped people to safe areas. It can also make full use of its advantages of having a large load to expand its uses to effectively reduce the damage caused by various disasters on people and property.
The drone production base project of Guangxi Zhuangzhi Xiongxin Technology Development Co was established in December 2019. It is the first high-tech project in Du'an Yao autonomous county, a national poverty-stricken county of Hechi, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.
Wei Anfeng, chairman of Guangxi Zhuangzhi Xiongxin Technology Development Co, said that verification flights in multiple subjects will be conducted to further improve various functions of the Z206 industrial emergency rescue manned drone. Wei added that the drone is expected to be on the market before the end of 2020.
