The company gives preference to impoverished farmers. After receiving planting skills training, farmers will plant according to the company's schedule and receive commission in addition to a base salary.

With the integration of manufacturing and marketing, the company's processing capability is 100,000 metric tons of vegetables per year, It has also established cooperation relationships with Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Chengdu, and Guiyang.

According to Wang Dapeng, head of Jingnan town, ecological agricultural products will contribute to agriculture industrial restructuring, accelerate agricultural industrialization, and increase the income of farmers.
