Southwest China's Guizhou province launched a uni-tourism smart platform on April 15 to bring convenience for tourists and reduce the influence of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak on its tourism industry.
The platform adopts big data, 5G live streaming, new retailing, and blockchain to meet tourists' needs in food, accommodation, transportation, visiting, shopping, and entertainment.
When it opens to the public on May 19, the platform will allow tourists to access authoritative and convenient information by scanning one QR code.
