During the global outbreak of COVID-19, people from around the world are in need of better health services.
In view of this demand, the Beijing Remote Health Service Platform was officially launched on April 2 to provide strategies for how to avoid being infected, recover from the disease and improve the quality of daily health care.
The platform offers online real-time interaction, remote consultation and other services, to share Beijing's experience in fighting against the epidemic using traditional Chinese medicine with people living in other epicenters of the outbreak.
The war against COVID-19 calls for international solidarity. In a bid to help overseas Chinese people curb the spread of the virus, the Beijing Municipal Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine has gathered the resources from pharmaceutical companies, academic organizations specializing in TCM and logistics companies, to set up the health service platform.
Overseas users can subscribe to the platform's channel on the Chinese social media WeChat, to get access to useful information provided by domestic TCM companies and put forth their needs and demands to get proper help.
