Windmill festival to kick off in Shenyang

The first windmill festival will kick off at the Liaoya military culture experience park which is located in the Sujiatun district of Shenyang, capital of Northeast China’s Liaoning province, on April 8, according to local officials.
They said it is part of the city's spring tourism activities this year.
More than 10 activities -- including parent-child windmill DIY, colorful wall paintings and live CS (Counter-Strike) games will be staged.
