Baiyun district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, recently reported the rectification of its business environment in 2019 and set the goal of ranking in the top 30 in 2020's business environment evaluation.
To achieve the goal, Baiyun will reduce taxes and fees, improve government affair services, expand financing service channels, as well as strengthen the upgrading of supporting facilities while keeping all procedures legal.
Baiyun will set up special work groups to allow different government departments to cooperate with each other and provide efficient services for companies.
