Since February, China has rolled out a slew of supportive measures to help enterprises resume production and reduce the fallout from the outbreak. The measures apply equally to both domestic and foreign enterprises.
Fueled by these policies, China's economy is gradually returning to normal. Over 90 percent of the major industrial enterprises in China's provincial-level regions except for certain areas have resumed work.
As for key foreign-invested enterprises, more than 90 percent of them in Shanghai, Shandong, Hunan and Anhui are back on the job. In Shanghai the figure is over 99 percent.
