The foreign affairs office of the Nantong Municipal People's Government warmly welcomes people from all countries to work, study, and live in Nantong, and sincerely appreciates all positive contributions to the social and economic development of Nantong.

As the fight against COVID-19 enters a crucial stage, we sincerely hope that all foreigners can stand with us in protecting everyone's health, shouldering the responsibility of fighting the epidemic, and building a community with a shared future for mankind. To this end, we would like to make the following suggestions:

1. Register your accommodation according to the law after arriving in Nantong and report your health conditions to your employer and your community.

2. Take self-protection precautions such as wearing a mask when going out. Minimize unnecessary outdoor activity and avoid crowded public areas. Eschew visits, group meals, and mass gatherings.

3. If you have recently come from or traveled to areas severely affected by the epidemic in China or abroad, please immediately inform your community and employer, truthfully report your travel and residence history, and follow all instructions on epidemic prevention and control released by the local government. You are required to place yourself under medical observation at home or in a designated place for at least 14 days. During this period, assistance will be provided to guarantee you have access to daily necessities.

4. If symptoms such as fever, cough, headache, fatigue, or breathing difficulties are detected, you are required to inform your community and your employer immediately and go to a nearby designated hospital with a fever clinic for medical assistance.
