BEIJING -- China's procurator-general has called for strict law enforcement while dealing with cases and flexibility in approach amid the COVID-19 outbreak.
Cases should be handled in strict accordance with the law while the distinction between general violations and criminal acts should not be blurred, said Zhang Jun, procurator-general of the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
He added that procuratorial organs should correctly and flexibly use civil, administrative, penal and public interest litigation means in their procuratorial work.
