Originated in Shiguanzui, Jiaochidong Town, Xinyi, Maoming, Shiguanzui sheet jelly has a history of more than one hundred years. Sheet jelly is rice ground into a thick liquid and then steamed.
The specific production process is: soaking rice, grinding, mashing, size mixing, powder blowing, steaming, and cutting. Then add peanut oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, onion and garlic. To make steamed vermicelli rolls, add chitterlings, pork tripe and lean meat.
