Xinyi Zhenlong carambola duck is made from ducks of small size and firm meat that are raised in farmhouses. The production process is: putting peanut oil in the hot pot, adding garlic and carambola, stirring till they are fragrant, putting in the duck meat and soy sauce, adding an appropriate amount of water, sugar, vinegar and salt (the water must cover two-thirds of the duck), boiling, slowly baking with medium and low heat.
