Gree Industrial Park

Gree Industrial Park, the eighth Gree production base in the world, covers an area of 1,400 mu (93.33 hectares). The park has a total investment of more than 3 billion yuan ($436 million) and was completed in three phases. 

The estimated output value of commercial air-conditioning will reach 3 billion yuan per year, plus annual production value of 6 million household air conditioners, 6 million compressors, and 20 million motors. 

Household air-conditioning project started construction in March 2011, and in May 2012, the first-stage project was completed and was put into production. 

In 2013, the industrial park achieved an annual output of 4.3 million household air-conditioning, and reached an output value of 11 billion yuan.
