Shinan improves tax services

The tax bureau of Shinan district, Qingdao, Shandong province has vowed to help taxpayers solve tax-related issues and provide more timely services.

Recently, many blank invoices at the Qingdao branch of the Bank of Communications were invalidated due to revisions. The blank invoices were handed in to the district's tax bureau and cancelled in a timely manner.

"The efficient working model of the tax bureau has helped solve the issue quickly and made our work more convenient," said a worker at the Qingdao branch of the Bank of Communications.

Tax service halls have been set up throughout the district to improve service efficiency and better meet the needs of taxpayers.

The tax bureau improves tax services regularly and intends to create a better business in the district. Enterprises are always informed of all new tax policies.

"We spare no effort in helping residents and enterprises when they encounter problems related to taxes," said an official of the district's tax bureau.
