Wedding culture week launched in Shinan

The opening ceremony for the 2019 Qingdao Wedding Culture Week was held in Shinan district, Qingdao, Shandong province on Dec 16. It was hosted by the Qingdao municipal bureau of culture and tourism and the district government.

Over 200 government officials, enterprise representatives, experts, and journalists took part in the opening ceremony.

This year's wedding culture week will last 5 days and consists of activities such as summit forums, a promotional fair, a photography exhibition, and more. It aims to turn the district into a popular destination for wedding photos and honeymoons.

In order to further develop the wedding tourism industry and drive off-season consumption, this wedding culture week is aimed at promoting tourist attractions to couples and enhancing the influence of the district's wedding industry.
