The finals of the Imagine Cup (Inner Mongolia division) -- Microsoft’s global technology competition -- concluded in Hohhot, capital city of North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region on Dec 4, according to the organizers.
A total of 278 teams from 34 schools in the autonomous region took part in the event, aimed at bringing together student developers worldwide to help resolve some of the world's toughest challenges.
The annual event Imagine Cup, initiated in 2003, has attracted the participation of more than 2 million students from more than 190 countries and regions globally.
The event has become one of the most important platforms for young AI talent in China, with numerous awards obtained by Chinese participants over the previous 17 sessions.
After the selection of the first round of the preliminary round, 10 teams were selected to enter the finals of the Inner Mongolia division.
The jury consisted of experts and academics with expertise in various areas.
