Registration opens for 2020 Jinan intl winter swimming competition

Winter swimming enthusiasts across the globe can now sign up for the 8th Winter Springs-swimming (Daming Lake) International Invitational of 2020, which is slated to take place on Jan 11, 2020.

This year's event will be included in the International Winter Swimming World Cup by the International Winter Swimming Association (IWSA), so foreign athletes need to sign up via the official IWSA website (https://iwsa.world/event ).

Swimmers at home can apply for the competition by scanning the QR code below with WeChat or loging in the official website ( swim.shuruitec.com ). The deadline for registration is Dec 29.

The Jinan winter swimming race has been held for seven consecutive years. As the only winter swimming competition in the world to be held in spring water, the Winter Springs-swimming International Invitational has become a famous event both in China and abroad. The event aims to cultivate a greater appreciation for natural springs, Jinan, and swimming as a whole.
