Nanjing Panda Electronics Company Limited, founded in April 1992, is a core company within China’s electronics industry.

It is solely owned by Panda Electronics Group Co Ltd, which is regarded as the cradle of China’s electronics industry.

With its shares listed on the Hong Kong and Shanghai stock exchanges in May and November 1996, it was the first company in the domestic electronics information industry to issue A+H shares.

Its trademark Panda was the first well-known Chinese brand in electronics industry to be recognized by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

Focusing on electronic equipment, consumer electronics and electronics manufacturing service (EMS), the company’s product range covers smart manufacturing, rail transit, mobile communication and EMS. It is is committed to the research and development of new generation industrial robots and their core parts.

The company has undertaken many important domestic projects and has been awarded the State science and technology progress award and the Jiangsu provincial science and technology prize over many years.
