7 regulations to be adjusted in Beijing

In a reply to the Beijing municipal government, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Ministry of Justice on Nov 19, the State Council approved adjusting several regulations in line with the pilot plan of promoting comprehensive opening-up in the service sector of Beijing municipality, from Nov 19, 2019 to Jan 30, 2022, when the test period expires.

According to the reply, six administrative rules on: travel agencies, foreign-founded telecommunication enterprises, certification and accreditation, registration of private non-enterprise units, entertainment venues, and commercial performances, plus the 2019 special management measures for foreign investment access (negative list) will be adjusted.
