The PG Theater is located in the prosperous commercial center of Shanghai, enjoying an advantageous geographical position and convenient transportation links. The building takes on a strong European Baroque style.
Operas, ballet and various other events are held here. The theater has a total of 1,002 seats, with a stage proscenium 13 meters wide and 8 meters high. A special freight elevator transports stage property directly to the the stage wing.
The theater is equipped with state-of-the-art audio systems from world-renowned companies and has a full range of set facilities, including a lobby, a cafe, a ticket hall, an art library and an underground garage with a maximum capacity of nearly 130 cars.
