Daozhen county is renowned for its Gelao ethnic culture, which is characterized by Nuo Opera, a national intangible heritage popular in many areas in China. Different from many other operas, Nuo Opera in Daozhen possesses unique masks with moveable eyes and mouths.

Daozhen's abundant natural resources make it one of the counties with the most potential for development in Guizhou. Daozhen wishes to take the fair as an opportunity to allow more people learn more about it and welcomes investment from all over the world.
