The marathon, with the participation of more than 4,000 runners from all over the country, included a half marathon (21.0975 kilometers), a 12-km run and a 6-km run.
Starting from Heping Park, the route allowed runners to take in the beautiful scenery along the Puhe River.
It is the third time the event has been held. The organizers said it has become an event promoting the district’s national and international profile, as well as encouraging a low-carbon lifestyle and national fitness.
