Peppered to taste
Musa Restaurant celebrated its second anniversary in Beijing in September, highlighting both its music and its food market. Roasted steamed stuffed buns are its signature offering. They have a crisp outer layer and juicy, tender, meat filling-well seasoned with cumin and pepper. The pepper chicken is also a hit. The chicken is boiled with chilis and wolfberries for four hours.
