The State Council released a circular on Sept 27 awarding 665 institutions and 812 individuals as model institutions and individuals excelling in promoting national unity and progress.
It also encouraged people of all ethnic groups to model themselves on those institutions and individuals and fight for a moderately prosperous society in all respects, and the Chinese dream of great national rejuvenation.
