The equipment manufacturing industry has long been an engine for Heilongjiang's traditional industrial base. The province is now accelerating the integration of equipment manufacturing enterprises and the intelligent manufacturing industry. Propelled by technologies including the Internet, big data and artificial intelligent, gross output value (GDP) in the equipment manufacturing industry has seen a growth rate of 11.7 percent in the first five months of 2018.
