Shanghai has published a guidebook on its talent policies, detailing the road map for talents interested in coming to the city to work, establish a business or settle down.
The guidebook includes around 100 policies on topics such as visa application, industry support and financial services, child education and the acquisition of car plates through the city's monthly online auction.
Complied by the city's authority on talent management, the guidebook was issued on Wednesday at the launch ceremony of the Shanghai Enterprise Human Resources Alliance.
Initiated by 10 enterprises in Shanghai, the alliance aims to become a cooperative platform for talent management for enterprises across the city.
The alliance said the guidebook would serve as a useful tool to popularize the city's talent policies, attract much-needed talents for its key industries and promote the city's bid to become a highland for talents.
