The Jiangxi provincial Department of Culture and Tourism recently held a promotional event in Beijing to introduce its rich red tourism resources, with singing and dancing performances on site.
Travel agencies from Jiangxi and Beijing signed cooperative agreements to arrange chartered trains that transport visitors to Ruijin city to enjoy the red tourism experience and learn about the history of the Red Army and Long March.
A touring exhibition about Jiangxi's red tourism is ongoing in Nanwanzi hutong, downtown Beijing, until Aug 25, with cultural products, such as plush dolls in the shape of Red Army soldiers, and virtual reality experiences of Jiangxi scenery.
