Cultivate and introduce innovative and entrepreneurial talents

According to the Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomeration Development Plan (2017-20), which was approved by the State Council on Jan 20, 2017, a series of positive policies will be implemented to provide better working and living conditions for talents.

International technological talents and high-level innovative teams will be introduced to attract outstanding talents from home and abroad to start up businesses in the Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration.

The city cluster will also establish an international cooperation mode for cultivating highly skilled talents, professional officers and mid-level managers. At the same time, it will improve the incentive mechanism for people of talent, to complete the mechanism for the two-way flow of scientific manpower to stimulate the talents.
