Shenyang’s paddy field art has entered its peak sightseeing season, Xinhua reported on June 11.
The 10 patty field pictures, which are formed by different varieties of rice, are located in Daomeng Kongjian Park in Shenyang’s Shenbei New Zone.
The pictures are three-dimensional patterns formed by rice shoots of varying heights and color.
Tourists can use sightseeing platforms above the fields to enjoy a panoramic view of the paddy field art.
The pictures depict things such as animals, people, and fairy tales.
Of particular note is the “I Love My Homeland” picture, which was made in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the People’s Republic of China. It covers an area of 150 mu and includes elements such as high-speed trains and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge.
