Guanghui Energy Co Ltd

Founded in 1994, Guanghui Energy Co Ltd, formerly known as the Xinjiang Guanghui Industrial Co Ltd was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in May 2000. In 2012, it was successfully transformed into a company that specializes in energy development and was officially renamed as Guanghui Energy Co Ltd.

Depending on the oil, natural gas and coal resources in Xinjiang and Central Asia, Guanghui Energy has established an industrial development pattern with the energy industry as its core.

It has set foot in the fields of liquefied natural gas, coal chemical and coal development, oil and gas exploration and development, and become the first large-scale land-based LNG production supplier in China, and the first domestic companies to obtain oil and gas resources abroad and operate cross-border natural gas pipelines.

It is also the first private enterprise to obtain qualifications for crude oil import.

At present, the company has developed five major products -- coal, LNG, alcohol ether, coal tar and petroleum -- and four business sectors including natural gas liquefaction, coal mining, coal chemical conversion, oil and gas exploration and development.

The company will committed to the construction of three industrial bases: the Coal Efficient Utilization and Conversion Base, Central Asia Oil and Gas Comprehensive Development Base and North American Oil and Gas Comprehensive Development Base.
