Xinjiang Tianye (Group) Co., Ltd, established in July 1996, is large state-owned enterprises in Shihezi city, Xinjiang. One of its subsidiaries, Xinjiang Tiany Co Ltd was listed at the Shanghai Stock exchange in 1997, while Xinjiang Tianye Water Saving Irrigation System Co Ltd, another subsidiary of Tianye Group, was successfully listed in Hong Kong Stock Market in 2006.

Tianye Group has been involved with business areas including the plastics industry, water-saving equipment, chemicals, calcium carbide, thermo-electricity, mining, building materials, foreign trade, construction and real estate.

After 10 years of development, Tianye now has total assets of 38.5 billion ($5.60 billion), with an annual production capacity of 1.4 million tons of PVC resin, 1 million tons of Caustic soda and 2.45million tons of calcium carbide.
