Slogans for the 16th CAEXPO released

After extensive solicitation and multiple selection rounds, the campaign to create the theme slogan of the 16th China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO), which had received much attention and anticipation, came to a successful end with one main slogan and three sub-slogans being shortlisted.

In order to better expand its publicity efforts and promote the overall image of CAEXPO, the CAEXPO secretariat had collected nearly 1,600 entries from people all over the country.

After the final selection round, the main slogan for this year's CAEXPO has finalized as "A Shared New Vision for Closer Cooperation and Splendid CAEXPO." The three sub-slogans were determined to be "Media Cooperation in People-to-People Exchanges for an Exciting CAEXPO," "One Dream for the Belt and Road Initiative Win-Win Outcomes for CAEXPO," and "Jointly Building the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor for a Brighter Future in the New Maritime Silk Road."

A leader of the CAEXPO Secretariat said that the slogans are closely related to the theme of CAEXPO and will play a positive role in promoting this year's edition.

The 16th CAEXPO will be held in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region from Sept 20 to 23. In the future, the selected theme slogans will be placed in downtown areas and landmark places across Nanning to actively create a social atmosphere, as well as further enhance the international influence of CAEXPO.
