Classic Hongqi cars on display in Changchun

Hongqi cars drive in formation in Changchun, capital of Northeast China's Jilin province, on July 14. A total of 18 classic Hongqi cars participated in the parade, giving people an insight into the car brand’s history. The event was part of the Hongqi Carnival, which runs from July 12 to 21. It is the first of its kind in China's automotive industry. Hongqi is a longstanding vehicle brand established in 1958 in China. It is the premium brand of FAW Group, which is based in Changchun.
