Baotou banner sees tourism growth

Darhan Muminggan Joint Banner, a banner under the administration of Baotou, received a total of 805,000 tourists from January to June, representing a year-on-year growth of 10 percent, according to Baotou Daily.

Tourism revenue reached 564 million yuan ($81.94 million), a year-on-year increase of 13 percent.

In June alone, 297,200 tourists visited the banner, and tourism revenue hit 208 million yuan.
