Guangling wetland a tourist destination for crowds

Guangling county has been furthering protection of the Huliu River wetland which currently covers 12,918 hectares by building dams of some 9,100 meters, 27 artificial islands for birds and nine lakes as well as planting 32,000 trees, 100,000 shrubs and flowers covering over 33 hectares.  The improved environment has attracted more visitors from Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province during summer holidays.
