Shenyang launches FTA service platform

A free trade agreement (FTA) comprehensive service platform targeted at enterprises undertaking foreign trade businesses in Shenyang was put into use on July 1. The platform is to help enterprises learn about global economic dynamics and expand international markets.

The platform consists of four sub-platforms in charge of certificate of origin (C/O), policy publicity, economic and trade information sharing, as well as economic and trade warning information.

The FTA C/O platform has opened 13 preferential certificate of origin certificates issued by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and provides services such as project briefing and application procedures guidance.

The FTA policy publicity platform provides information on FTA policies; and Chinese and English version of the FTA agreements signed by China and other countries and regions.

The FTA information sharing platform irregularly launches information about FTAs, foreign procurement and important economic and trade activities.

Meanwhile, the economic and trade warning information platform helps enterprises timely grasp the latest economic trends and FTA policies.
