Jiamusi University

Founded in 1947, Jiamusi University (JMSU) is located in Jiamusi city of Heilongjiang province. It is a provincial key university in Heilongjiang province, which is also a comprehensive university with a wide range of specialties.

The school covers an area of 1,310,000 square meters, with the construction area of 576,000 sq m. The university holds 25 colleges, four institutes, and 82 research institutes. Its professional disciplines cover literature, science, engineering, medicine, economics, education, law, history, management science, agriculture, and art.

There are 4,564 teachers and staff members in the hospital, including 1,521 of them with senior titles. Currently there are 22,451 full-time undergraduate students, and 1,428 graduate students with doctoral and master degrees. The university also has three affiliated hospitals.

The university has established cooperative relations for students exchange and scientific research with 39 colleges and universities from 11 countries and regions, including Russia, the United States, the United Kingdom, South Korea and Japan. Up to now, the university has enrolled more than 800 foreign students from more than 50 countries and regions.
